OSCAR Production Group is one of the leading manufacturers of high-tech tubular products:

  • seamless titanium alloys tubes,
  • seamless nickel alloys tubes,
  • seamless stainless steel tubes

The enterprise works on technology of cold deformation (cold rolling and cold drawing) and hot extrusion.

It was established on the basis of production facilities of Tube Drawing Workshop No. 4 (TDW No.4) of former Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Plant (NYTP) and Tube Pressing Workshop (TPW) State enterprise “Ya. Yu. Osada scientific research and design institute of tube making industry”

Since its putting in operation in 1976 the enterprise was specializing in the manufacturing of seamless cold drawn tubes for nuclear-power engineering, aircraft and rocket building, shipbuilding industry. It is also manufacturing the products for general purpose operation requirements.

OSCAR Production Group operates a unique 1,4 mln sq feet facility equipped with 60 units of basic rolling mills: 10 cold pilger mills, 41 tube rolling mills of roller type and 9 drawing mills.

Significant advantages of the enterprise are its powerful heat treatment facilities of the tubes in non-oxidizing atmosphere of ultra-pure hydrogen (“bright annealing”) and in vacuum.

OSCAR Production Group provides the complete quality control of the finished products.

Certification of quality management system according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 was conducted by Certification authorities TUV Thuringen and TUV Nord, experts of Technical Control Department are certified according to EN 473.
